Rights Chocolate is a global chocolate brand that not only celebrates the richness of Ecuadorian fine aroma cacao but also honors and advocates for the rights of those who cultivate it.  We have developed an inclusive employment model and provide fair trade to fine aroma cacao farmers with disabilities, helping to raise collective awareness of the valuable contributions people with disabilities make to society and the creation of exceptional products. 

Our inclusive chocolate production model is centered in northwestern region of Ecuador. We collaborate with local farmers, promoting the implementation of workplace inclusion policies for people with disabilities at every stage of the production chain, from harvest to the production and commercialization of RIghts Chocolate. 

We work directly with cooperatives and grower associations, ensuring that the cacao is harvested ethically and sustainably.
