The path to inclusion
People with disabilities are not asking for handouts. They want dignity, to develop a sense of belonging to society, to support their families and to be part of a workforce that gives them back their identity. They have the right to equal opportunities.

Do you want to join the fight for their rights?
There are thousands of small cocoa farmers: our biggest partners.
However, their rights are being violated.
Rights Chocolate is a platform for the labour inclusion of people with disabilities in the countryside. They are key collaborators in the tasks of planting, harvesting, post-harvesting, manufacturing and marketing of Ecuadorian chocolate.
